Job Description
CVS Health, a Fortune 500 company has a new and exciting opportunity within our Vendor Management team!
The Vendor Management Performance Analyst provides key support to the Vendor Management team, working in a fast-paced, blended queue/call center performance data. Work efforts are focused on vendor performance, helping to make associated data accessible and meaningful for senior management and stakeholders providing them with business intelligence that allows them to manage and direct vendor operations to meet performance goals and requirements.

The selected candidate will actively assist in collaborating with internal partners to identify data and information needs, sources of relevant data associated with vendor performance and ensure consistency across reporting mediums, and will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, SQL and a data warehouse to help access, consolidate and visualize the data. The Performance Analyst will support reporting, data and report automation for efficiencies, performance monitoring and trending, root cause analysis and ad hoc special projects, as well as facilitate action-focused/data-centered conversations about opportunities and trends in the data.

The preferred candidate will have excellent meeting facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal and advanced computer skills, especially with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SQL. The candidate must have the ability to work independently, travel when needed and manage deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience working with or manipulating data, performance reporting or trending, or data analysis.

- Ability to travel as business needs dictate, both domestic and international (estimated max 25% of time)

• Vendor/outsourcing knowledge
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Bachelor's Degree in related field

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
