Job Description
Manage customer expectations by using all resource materials to effectively research, analyze and resolve/refer reported issues in a timely manner.

Fundamental Components
Single point of contact for internal/external users technical inquiries. 
Take member calls related to technical application support and resolve those based on research and pre-defined SOPs.
Identifies and tracks customer issues and resolves them through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems. 
Knowledge of Aetna systems and understands system interfaces, back-end rules/logic, and edits. 
Ability to consistently manage multiple priorities 
Consistently provides accurate information to guide the decision making/resolution process 
Good working knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management. 
Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
Healthcare Background is preferred.  
 

Background Experience
Bachelor degree or Diploma is required. 
1 years related work experience.

Additional Job Information
Customer service oriented.
ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
