The Customer Service Resolution Specialist on the Private Pay team is responsible for contacting customers by phone to reconcile account balances and retrieving copies of invoices to send via fax or mail for account resolution. In this position the specialist will document client communications in the receivables systems, process payments and follow up on promised payments, identify, communicate and escalate issues to management or appropriate leader.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid
- Receivables or collections experience with negotiating payment arrangements preferably in a healthcare setting

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Required)
