Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity as a Materials Coordinator in our Wilkes-Barre mail order Pharmacy!
The Coordinator will work with the Materials Management Department. In this role you will accurately, and efficiently manage and inventory medications while utilizing the necessary technologies. A successful Back End Pharmacy Technician will need to be very detailed oriented, confident in their math skills, possess great computer skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. In order to be successful and enjoy the activity of this role, you will need to be able to lift up to 55lbs, stand, reach, twist, turn, stoop, and walk throughout your shift.
For the Warehouse Associate (A Shift) role you will perform a variety of duties for Materials Management Department. Receiving inbound products into inventory management system. Maintaining the input of all inventory received. Maintaining the daily operations of the inventory/purchasing process. Acting as an internal resource for any questions /concerns about the inventory process. This is a Coordinator Role- focus will be on Verification's,OOS/MP Short totes, recalls, Transfers, Scrap RTS, Awacc emails, Aging Orders.
The hours of this role are Monday Through Friday, 6AM-2:30PM (A -Shift)

Required Qualifications
-3 Months of Professional Work Experience
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience working as a pharmacy technician
-Experience working in a pick/pack/ship environment
-Previous experience reading/interpreting prescription terminology and medications
- Experience with a computerized materials management system (SAP)
- Ability to resolve basic problems with a limited number of variables in standard situations
- Be able to recognize limitations on decision-making scope and be able to escalate issues falling outside of that scope
- Experience in a production environment function in a receiving, replenishment or inventory role
- Interest in working available overtime shifts as business needs dictate
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
