Job Description
As the Marketing Communications Senior Advisor, you will manage a variety of high priority, executive level presentation support and time sensitive sales enablement needs projects. This role will focus on and support Marketing and Communication efforts across our B2B and B2C audiences. Your ability to manage and drive project development in a fast paced, customer, brand centric environment will be key. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow through and keeping teams to timelines is paramount. You will play an integral role within the team, driving success by working with cross functional teams and external partners.


SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Acting as the communications advisor for one of our largest health plan clients and other high-profile Commercial clients’

- Leading the client to implement communications as closely as possible to CVS Caremark’s intent while applying their brand

- Understanding behavioral research that has been conducted and work to apply key takeaways into client conversations

- Managing team inboxes, running point on critical requests, and balancing multiple priorities

- Identifying and implementing end-to-end creative development process improvements

Reporting to the Director for Marketing Creative Services you will review creative for quality, consistency, accuracy, and advancement of the visual and verbal brand in design reviews, ensuring consistent and current image/message is conveyed. Your collaborative and consultative approach will be necessary working with a multitude of internal teams and leaders which includes; Creative, Product Marketing, Product Managers, Sales and Account Management, Content, Brand Compliance, Operational and Transformational teams when applicable. To be successful you will maintain the big picture for projects and client requirements ensuring that related deliverables are executed accurately. Your depth in understanding of digital solutions and efficacy educating and encouraging clients to adopt digital communications will also be important.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of eight years of professional level experience; at least five of which are in an Account Management, Project Management, Marketing, Creative Services role either in an external or internal agency or preferably within PBM or healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications
* Creative problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication
* Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity
* Keen ability to prioritize
* Calm and comfortable in ever-changing environment

Education
* Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications, advertising or business is required
* Equivalent experience may be substituted
