In this role you are responsible for the overall performance of the assigned distribution building(s). This role will lead operational activities to achieve profit and expense goals, provide the highest possible service to the market customer base, ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations, and provide a work-environment conducive to outstanding productivity, safety, quality and morale.

Your key job responsibilities include:

•Ensures timely, secure, accurate deliveries of DC products/services to market customer base through the optimum deployment of courier/delivery resources within expense/profit target parameters

•Deliver all supply chain KPI’s and targeted goals and objectives.

•Consistently identify opportunities to improve supply chain execution and performance to reduce cost

•Champion innovation by bringing ideas to market in an agile way, while balancing growth potential against financial risk and incremental cost to the organization
In this role you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to all colleagues in the distribution center along with building an environment conducive to personal development to ensure a robust succession pool

Required Qualifications
5+ years of prior senior leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications
•Deep understanding of the industry and validated experience delivering results

•Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact

•Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently and make sound business decisions

•Results-oriented about thinking big, and seeks accountability in challenging the business environment

•Strong leadership skills with proven track record to build and lead hard-working teams

•Ability to organize defined work streams, handle stage gate development process, balance workloads across resources, develop team members and inspire high performance

Education
4-year degree or equivalent experience
