Job Description
Exciting leadership opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join the Lead Technician team in the mail order pharmacy and to excel in a complex, high impact role and positively impact the lives of others. As a Lead Pharmacy Technician you get to solve escalated issues with prescriptions. Problem solving skills and data entry skills will be vital to your success. Pharmacy Technicians will get to work closely with internal departments to ensure that each issue is resolved and every customer has a positive experience.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Providing feedback
Mentoring your colleagues
Working in a team environment with the other Lead Technicians
Train newer Technicians
Understanding pharmaceutical calculations, laws and terminology will aid in your success as a Lead Pharmacy Technician. Also, a strong sense of leadership and knowledge of the software Links will help in this an exciting environment.

Required Qualifications
9 Months of Pharmacy Technician Experience
TX Pharmacy Board License
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of all Front End Tech processes
Prior experience in leading or assisting in a class room training environment
Excellent personal skills as well as leadership experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong leadership skills with experience in developing direct reports as it relates to training and re-skills
Ability to make routine and difficult decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Handle escalated issues from internal and external business partners to effectively and satisfactorily resolve
participant/client concerns
Flexible and enjoy working in a fast pace, team oriented environment
Education
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
