Job Description
Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, develops, tests, debugs, releases, supports and documents those programs. Develop complex templates and flows using customization capabilities. Understanding of Salesforce platform and how it integrates with DocuSign.  Own all business relationships as it pertains to DocuSign growth within Meritain Health
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced programmer/analysts.

  • Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
  • Obtains financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.
  • Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
  • Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project.
  • Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; sets specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans.
  • Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
  • Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
  • Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team.
  • Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
  • Drives a culture of engagement and learning with direct reports and partners
  • Provides people with the access and visibility required to excel
  • Translates the impact of change for others and guides them through the process of transformation
  • Effectively manages cultural, generational and lifestyle differences of employee populations
  • Actively seeks constituent feedback on service levels
  • Lead the change management efforts and ensure accountability
  • Can act as own Business Analyst for projects



Background Experience

4+ years’ experience in DocuSign or CLM development application, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Understanding of Salesforce platform, general development tools, and/or databases and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization.
Project experience with CLM tools and developing customization, experience including integration with outside systems.
4-6+ years of experience in systems analysis and application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Understand the business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities. May act as Team Leader. May be involved in providing assistance and training to lower level Programmer/Analysts. Receives general supervision, and is competent to work at the highest level of all technical phases of systems analysis and application program development while working on own most of the time. Ability to work effectively with business areas, IT infrastructure teams, and IT management and staff. Broad knowledge of the client area's functions and systems, and systems and application program development technologies alternatives. Excellent communication skills.
