Job Description
CVS Health is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our Benefits Verification team in the Orlando, Florida area! A Benefits Verification Representative will provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. As part of this role you will verify insurance coverage for both new and existing patients in order to process patient prescription orders in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a performance-driven individual.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs. In addition to sixteen paid days off for employees, we also offer ten paid holidays.

Required Qualifications
• 6 + months of experience with one of the following: medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing or a related healthcare field
• Candidates must live within a 75 mile radius from Orlando Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
• Pharmacy experience
• Previous experience working with Prior Authorizations
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third party vendors
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
