There is no better place than as an Underwriting Analytics and Assumptions Senior Advisor in our Client Financial Analysis and Proposals department! As a Senior Advisor, you will play a lead role in achieving CVS Health’s goal of being an outstanding healthcare innovation company, while also driving financial results. You will provide strategic guidance and financial analysis supporting the creation and success of Enterprise-wide products and solutions. In addition, you will conduct a variety of financial research projects in reaction to marketplace events.

The role requires working as part of a collaborative team with a variety of internal partners as solutions are conceived, developed, and rolled out. At each stage of development, you will be responsible for quantifying the financial impact of proposed strategies, and providing guidance that ensures the solutions are effective in the marketplace while driving value for both our clients and CVS Health. Potential solutions include Network, Utilization Management, Clinical, Pricing Strategies, Risk-based and Formulary strategies.

As an analytics and assumptions Senior Advisor, some of the key insights you will provide include impact to PBM and Enterprise margin, pricing guarantees, and bid effectiveness. Through a combination of your own business knowledge, and engaging leaders with vision and specialists across the business, you will guide the strategy on each solution to improve CVS Health profitability and its utility to our clients. In addition, you will help prepare the Underwriting department and related groups for the launch of the new solutions, including communication, process development, model updates, and training.

You will:
• Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis supporting the creation and success of Enterprise-wide products
• Build sensitivity models to evaluate the financial impact of marketplace events
• Assist with process development, model updates and UW/ANCS training once product launch is finalized
• Communicate complex findings, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to ensure the most positive outcome for both the enterprise and clients/customers
• Work in fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive timelines to deliver on multiple simultaneous commitments

To be successful, you will utilize your strong understanding of the PBM business including deep knowledge of pricing and margin, including PBM and Enterprise economics. Your innovative approach and ability to work outside of established boundaries, your tight-knit collaboration skills, and your aptitude to communicate sophisticated analytic findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way will be key to your success.

**This position is a work from home role and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Required Qualifications
• 5 years Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry experience
• Well-developed technical skills including Excel and SAS and manipulation of pharmacy claims data
• Experience developing financial models with a deep knowledge of pricing and margins

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SQL and Tableau

Education
• Bachelor's Degree required.
