As an Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and launch of one of Transformation’s earliest comprehensive products that meets client objectives across all lines of business, generates value for the enterprise and delivers best in class member experience and clinical outcomes.

You will be accountable for analyses, recommendations, timelines and business partner management in the following areas: core operations requirements, operating model design and implementation, including end-to-end data flow, omnichannel assessment and set-up, and execution tracking.

This department is engaged across all lines of business and functions of our enterprise, with particular emphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, and commercialization. You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leaders in an effort to develop solutions which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.

As an Advisor, you will also:

• Lead a part of integration within the product operational flow from end-to-end
• Own operations deliverables, analyses and recommendations and proactively manage partners and timelines across diverse teams to deliver these results
• Partner with product design and business partners on opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization
• Support account team requests, vendor relations, and omnichannel member intervention campaign configuration
• Perform root cause investigation, problem solve, articulate conclusions, and make recommendations to the leadership team
• Prepare material and presentations for business, technology, and operations teams in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise, achieves alignment on path forward, and influences execution against timelines
• Influence others to resolve challenging business situations in order to deliver results
• Communicate and influence at all levels of the organization to move the organization to action

The team is looking for intellectually curious, creative, and driven individuals with an interest in developing the management consulting toolkit with enterprise accountability and ownership.
